At the helm of Embrace Change is Tonja Lowe-Minnifield, a visionary leader dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to see change not as an obstacle but as a pathway to transformation.

With a passion for advocacy, education, and personal growth, Tonja founded Embrace Change with a mission to help people navigate life’s challenges, unlock their full potential, and build a future filled with possibility.

Tonja holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology with a focus in Clinical Mental Health, equipping her with the expertise to guide individuals through personal and emotional growth. Her deep understanding of mental health and human resilience fuels her commitment to fostering strong, thriving communities.

With years of experience in leadership, community engagement, and personal development, Tonja believes in the power of change to inspire lasting impact. Under her guidance, Embrace Change continues to be a beacon of hope, helping individuals turn adversity into strength and embrace new opportunities.
